The Chryslus rocket was designed to fill the same role as the Fenris, and as a result they have very similar performance.

During the early days of BDB, a number of Chryslus rockets were acquired, and frugality demanded that they be put to use. The rockets were fitted with the Vicenza upper stage, encased in a 0.9375m fairing, creating the Chryslus II launcher.
